Are you organized, detail-oriented, and outstanding at keeping things on track? We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator – Scheduling to help keep our Production and Packaging operations running smoothly.

Reporting to the Procurement & Admin Manager, you’ll coordinate schedules, analyze production jobs, troubleshoot discrepancies, and work closely with multiple teams in our fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

- Schedule Production and Packaging jobs
- Coordinate changes and priorities across departments
- Review and close production jobs accurately in ROSS
- Investigate inventory and job discrepancies
- Track labour hours against job standards
- Identify errors and help teams improve accuracy
- Recommend process and efficiency improvements
- Support Operations projects and daily priorities

What You Bring

- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Manufacturing experience
- Excellent organization and attention to detail




- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- ROSS or ERP experience is an asset
