Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and stable Sushi Bar helper to join our team. This role involves preparing basic sushi and sashimi dishes, maintaining excellent food presentation standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the sushi bar.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes according to August 8’s standards.

- Ensure freshness, quality, and consistency of ingredients.





- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

- Monitor inventory levels of fish, seafood, and other sushi ingredients; communicate with management for ordering needs

Qualifications & Skills

Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques.
