L.G. Home Comfort (LGHC) is a Canadian HVAC company founded in 2017. With a family-run approach, we treat every home and business we walk into as if it were our own. We offer a comprehensive suite of products and services including Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Hot Water Tanks, Tankless Water Heaters, Water Purification systems, and Security Systems — for both residential and commercial customers.

The Position

We're growing, and we're looking for driven Home Comfort Advisors to join our team. This is a fully commissioned sales position, ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a performance-based setting. You'll guide homeowners through the sales cycle, recommend the right comfort solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from first contact to close.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Current Home Comfort Advisors are earning in the hundreds of thousands with an average Home Comfort Advisor earning between $150,000-$200,000.

What You’ll Do

- Consult with residential customers to identify home comfort needs and recommend the right solutions
- Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and rebates to maximize customer value
- Generate and present accurate quotes using internal sales tools
- Maintain detailed records in company systems and reports
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Support the launch of new products and services




- Clearly communicate LGHC's value proposition to prospective customers
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather feedback and improve sales processes
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person appointments
- Perform other duties as assigned

Your Day-to-Day

Your appointments are booked for you. Each evening, you'll receive your 3-5 appointments for the next day via Salesforce, pre-qualified and scheduled.

What We’re Looking For

- Sales experience; HVAC knowledge an asset, but not required
- Valid G-Class driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and digital
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly motivated with strong initiative and organizational skills

Bonus if you have:

- 3+ years of HVAC sales experience
- Post-secondary education in sales, business, or a related field
