Our DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa hotel is currently seeking a Night Clerk! This position requires midnight/overnight as well as afternoon availability.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Night Clerk to join our team at DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa. This crucial role ensures the smooth operation of our front desk during nighttime hours, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional guest service and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests during their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Assist in preparing reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hotel operations or front desk roles.




- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset.
