Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our client's team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in shipping and receiving, is comfortable using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP software or Epicor, and holds a valid counterbalance forklift certification.

Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and labelled.
- Generate Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping documentation.
- Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Epicor to process inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and other departments regarding incoming and outgoing materials.
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements





- Previous experience in shipping and receiving is required.
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or Epicor is mandatory.
- Valid counterbalance forklift operator certification is mandatory.
- Experience generating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping documents.
- Good computer skills and solid attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

- Etobicoke
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Temp to Perm
- Full-time, daytime schedule
- Markham
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
