Job Summary

The RMT supports clients through attentive, professional service and clear communication. This role involves understanding client needs, explaining relevant information, and maintaining accurate records to help ensure a smooth, respectful experience.

Duties

- Travel to clients location to provide services
- Use medical terminology accurately when discussing relevant information, and explain unfamiliar terms in clear, accessible language.
- Maintain organized, accurate records and handle client information with care.
- Coordinate with colleagues to share relevant updates and support consistent service.

Qualifications

Required: Robust communication and customer service capabilities,



attention to detail, and the ability to use medical terminology appropriately while keeping records accurate. Preferred: Related customer service experience and familiarity with medical terminology, along with a calm, considerate approach to supporting clients and working collaboratively with colleagues.

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
