As a Recruiter at Xona, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate hiring activity, and support the growth of the Montreal-based team. Your work will connect candidates with Xona’s mission in navigational intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offers
- Define requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles with hiring managers
- Build scalable talent acquisition processes for Xona
- Improve recruitment processes and email templates using Ashby
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers in Ashby

Requirements:

- Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Fluency in written and verbal English and French
- Recruiting experience in startup, high-growth, or technical environments
- Familiarity with aerospace, satellite, GNSS, or deep-tech industries
- Full time onsite availability in Montréal
