This coordinator role supports MaintainX’s Events Marketing program across regional gatherings, user meetups, brand activations, and its flagship client conference. You will coordinate invitations, attendee lists, follow-up, vendors, venues, and event experiences. The work connects event activity with meetings booked, engaged accounts, and sourced or influenced pipeline. A mentor will help you grow toward owning larger programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute regional events, meetups, and brand activations
- Build attendee lists, coordinate invitations, and drive follow-up




- Own smaller events from venue selection through execution
- Track meetings, accounts, and sourced or influenced pipeline
- Partner with design, content, and demand generation

Requirements:

- One to two-plus years in field or event marketing
- Experience executing in-person events, from dinners to gatherings
- Robust project management and attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration with Sales, vendors, and stakeholders
- Valid passport and ability to travel approximately fifteen percent
