As an AI & Automations Manager, you will guide builds from initial scoping through testing and rollout. You will balance new development requests with existing commitments, maintain core infrastructure, and recommend platform adoption or replacement. The role requires leadership experience in management, operations, or product, ideally within professional services, accounting, or a remote business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate strategic priorities into a clear, actionable roadmap
- Balance development requests against existing delivery commitments
- Keep active projects on time, standard, and visible




- Maintain core data infrastructure and automations
- Evaluate platforms and recommend adoption, renewal, or replacement

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in management, operations, or product leadership
- Experience with change management or organizational capability-building
- Familiarity with agile, iterative, and MVP-first delivery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical work in transparent language
