Lead corporate storytelling and media strategy as Lightspeed’s Senior Public Relations Manager in Montreal on a 13-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Director of Public Relations, you will shape North American and Quebec narratives. The role combines executive counsel, media relations, writing, and cross-functional communications leadership. Your work will influence media, customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop corporate and industry stories across North America and Quebec
- Build reporter and influencer relationships in technology and business
- Lead proactive media engagement, pitching, and spokesperson preparation
- Write, edit, and produce external communications materials
- Advise executives on issues, crises,



and reputational considerations

Requirements:

- Seven or more years in public relations or corporate communications
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for diverse audiences
- Canadian media landscape knowledge; Quebec expertise is an asset
- Experience advising senior leaders and influencing stakeholders
- English fluency required; French bilingualism is an asset
