Manage complex insurance claims for Definity through investigation, coverage decisions, settlement negotiation, and resolution with moderate supervision.

This Senior Specialist position handles cyber liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, employment practices liability, and miscellaneous skilled liability policies. You will assess coverage, coordinate recoveries, oversee routine litigation matters, and involve business stakeholders. The role values strong communication and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate claims and complete thorough coverage analysis
- Coordinate recovery opportunities and related efforts
- Monitor and approve outside counsel payments
- Use litigation management plans and budgets
- Resolve settlements directly or through counsel

Requirements:

- AMF Loss Adjuster (5A) License required
- French and English bilingualism required
- Minimum eight to ten years’ general claims experience
- Degree, recognized college diploma, or completed CIP designation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
