You will provide personalized, confidential technology support to targeted users in strategic environments. The role includes Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting, IT security, equipment configuration, and Microsoft 365 support. You will help maximize productivity, security, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle dedicated phone requests and provide timely technical solutions
- Support IT tool adoption, onboarding, and optimal daily use
- Provide hands-on assistance in offices, events, and IT areas
- Coordinate complex requests with infrastructure, security, and application teams




- Document interventions and provide personalized follow-up

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of relevant information technology experience
- Advanced Level 2 or Level 3 troubleshooting experience
- Experience with access management, IT security, and equipment configuration
- Expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
- Advanced French and English proficiency for daily client interactions
