As a Seasonal Baker for the Craig’s Cookies Holiday Pop-Up at the Distillery District, you’re the heart and soul of our festive shop! You bring the energy, craft our iconic fresh-baked cookies with attention to detail, and deliver warm, unforgettable guest experiences during the busiest time of the year. Whether you're holding down the bake station, keeping the space spotless, or hyping up our guests, your hustle and high vibes keep the bakery from crumbling.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities

- Keeping a sparkling, safe, and organized workspace with pride
- Baking perfection: preparing cookies quickly, accurately, and with care
- Crushing prep tasks/orders seamlessly with your leadership team
- Tackling dishware and equipment care using efficient posted methods
- Creating authentic connections and delivering genuine, upbeat hospitality
- Navigating POS transactions effortlessly while connecting with guests
- Managing digital order platforms (Uber, DoorDash, Skip) with speed and accuracy




- Packaging orders flawlessly for pick-up, delivery, shipping, and special events

Skills Required

Knowledge/Job Specific Competencies:

- Exceptional Hospitality & Guest Experience Focus
- Food Industry or High-Volume Retail/Culinary Experience
- Tech-savvy with delivery app integration (Uber, DoorDash, Skip the Dishes)
