Support critical users with advanced troubleshooting and access management as a Senior IT Technician at iA Financial Group in Montreal. This hybrid position combines remote and in office service.

You will provide personalized, confidential technology support to targeted users in strategic environments. The work includes Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint. You will help maintain productivity, security and operational continuity while coordinating complex requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve dedicated-line requests with appropriate technical solutions
- Support onboarding and effective use of IT tools
- Provide remote, on-site and event-based technical assistance
- Coordinate incident resolution with infrastructure,



security and application teams
- Document interventions and provide personalized follow-up

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of relevant information technology experience
- Advanced Level 2 or Level 3 troubleshooting experience
- Experience with access management, IT security and equipment configuration
- Advanced French and English communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
