Lead privacy and information security for Virtual Hallway remotely within Canada, applying ISO/IEC 27001 and healthcare privacy expertise.

This hands-on position reports to the Chief Privacy and Information Officer at Virtual Hallway. You will run the privacy program, support security governance, administer endpoint tooling, and provide day-to-day IT support. The work serves a digital health company supporting more than 12,000 clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run privacy policies, records, consent, retention, and de-identification programs
- Advance ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification readiness and administer Carbide
- Manage device baselines, encryption, patching, endpoint protection, and BYOD controls
- Support laptops, software, accounts, onboarding, and offboarding
- Lead incident response,



breach determinations, and security questionnaires

Requirements:

- Three or more years owning privacy, security, or GRC programs
- Relevant credential such as CIPM, CIPP/C, CISA, or CISM
- Practical experience with ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, or NIST
- Hands-on endpoint management experience with Mosyle, Jamf, Intune, or Kandji
- Incident response documentation suitable for regulatory or audit review
