Open Outcry, a small bar-bistro at 811 W Pender St in downtown Vancouver, is hiring a line cook for our Spanish tapas kitchen. Everything runs on induction in a compact kitchen: cold plates (pan con tomate, jamón & manchego boards, ensaladilla), pan work (gambas al ajillo, patatas bravas, tortilla española, croquetas), and braise-and-reheat dishes. No Spanish-chef background needed — we train to our recipe cards; what we need is a steady, clean, fast pair of hands. You bring: 1+ year line/prep experience; FOODSAFE Level 1 (or willing to get it); availability for evening shifts Thursday to Saturday; legally able to work in Canada. We offer: $20/hr + tips; part-time hours; staff meals; start as soon as possible.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
