Job Summary

The Pharmacy assistant supports the day-to-day work of a pharmacy team by helping maintain organized workflows and assisting with patient-focused tasks. This role calls for careful attention to detail, clear communication, and respect for established procedures when handling medication-related information and supporting care.

Duties

- Assist pharmacy staff with routine workflow, organize supplies, and keep work areas orderly.
- Support patient care by communicating courteously, directing questions to appropriate pharmacy staff, and protecting confidential information.
- Use medical terminology accurately when documenting or relaying information, and follow established procedures related to medication administration.
- Your impact: Reliable support helps pharmacy colleagues coordinate tasks and provide patients with attentive service.

Experience

Required: at least three months experience in a community pharmacy and ability to speak Chinese is an asset.

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
