About ShopView

ShopView is shop management software built for heavy-duty truck, diesel, trailer, fleet and equipment repair shops. We help shop owners run a tighter operation, from the work order to the invoice, all in one place.

About the Role

Have you worked as a service advisor, service writer or service manager in a heavy truck, diesel, fleet or equipment repair shop? If so, you already know the job: keeping the board full, writing up work orders and estimates, getting techs the right work, chasing parts, and keeping fleet customers in the loop. You've probably also seen how much a shop's software can help or hurt all of that.

We're looking for a heavy-duty service advisor or service manager who wants to take what they know from behind the counter into a software sales career with ShopView. Your shop experience matters more to us than your sales experience. We can teach you how to sell, and we can teach you our software. What we can't easily teach is the day-to-day of a heavy-duty repair shop. If you've run the front counter of a truck shop, you already speak our customers' language.

What You'll Do

- Talk with heavy-duty shop owners and service managers about how their shop runs today and where it's getting stuck
- Show shops how ShopView handles estimates, work orders, parts and labor, technician time and fleet PM schedules
- Work your own pipeline of inbound and outbound leads in HubSpot
- Stay on top of follow-ups with calls and emails so no deal goes quiet
- Close new business with truck,

What We're Looking For

- Experience as a service advisor, service writer or service manager in heavy-duty truck, diesel, trailer, fleet or equipment repair
- A solid understanding of shop workflow, from writing up the work order to getting the unit back on the road
- Comfort on the phone and the ability to build trust with shop owners
- A real interest in moving into software sales
- Organized and dependable, the kind of person who follows up without being reminded

Nice to Have

- Any sales experience, especially software
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM
- Experience using any heavy-duty shop management software
