Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years culinary experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant preferably in a leadership role
- Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Italian is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of current culinary trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop the culinary team
- Able to work in a fast-paced, changing setting
