Fed is a personalized nutrition company in Vancouver (fedfedfed.com). We are looking for an ambitious, detail oriented prep cook to join our team and help us create nutritious meals. We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated and has both passion and creativity for food. At Fed we take pride in the highest quality of standards in food preparation and ingredients.

Requirements:
-FoodSafe Level 1
-3+ years of restaurant or catering experience
-Excellent knife skills
-Organization skills, reliable and hardworking
-Capacity to multitask to meet multiple demands and instructions
-Ability to self-motivate and problem solve in a fast paced setting filled with hard deadlines.

Duties:
· Food preparation and culinary activities with follow exact ingredients
· Washing and chopping vegetables
· Organization of the cooler for the assembly team
· Participate in meal assembly
· Measuring & auditing ingredients to ensure exact weights
· Daily cleaning schedule to maintain an excellent standards of sanitation




· Participate in inventory counts
· Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Available Shifts:
-Mon: start time is between 6am-9am
-Tue: start time is between 6am-9am
-Fri: start time is between 6am-9am
-Sat: start time is between 6am-9am
