Nova Staffing is seeking Full time Production Labourers to join our growing team in the Blandford area. This is a great opportunity for long-term employment with a reputable company in the food production industry.

Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

- Prepare products by measuring and weighing ingredients
- Inspect and ensure quality of food products
- Work with raw fish and ready-to-cook foods
- Operate and maintain production machinery
- Label products accurately
- Stand for extended periods during shifts
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs minimum regularly
- Comfortable working in cold and wet environments
- Ability to stand for long periods




- Steel-toed rubber boots required
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
