Job Overview

Flat Roof Workers install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems, helping keep buildings weather-resistant and work areas safe. This hands-on role involves using tools, handling materials, and following project plans while coordinating with colleagues to complete reliable roof work.

Duties

- Prepare roof surfaces, measure work areas, and interpret blueprints to plan installation or repairs.
- Install and repair roofing materials, using hand tools and applying caulking to seal joints and edges.
- Lift and position materials safely, keep the work area organized, and follow established jobsite safety practices.
- Inspect completed work, address defects, and coordinate progress with the crew. Your impact:

Experience

Required: Practical ability to use hand tools, handle heavy lifting, apply caulking, and read blueprints supports safe, accurate roofing work. Preferred: Construction experience, including carpentry, or handyman experience can help you adapt to varied repair tasks, work effectively with a crew, and contribute to effective project completion.

Pay: $300.00-$600.00 per day
