Our labour and employment practice in Vancouver is looking for a highly motivated and client-oriented associate who has 2+ years of civil litigation experience — preferably in employment law.

KEY: This ISN’T a position for newly called lawyers. Our ideal candidate will have a background as a plaintiff lawyer with contingency experience where possible.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

- LL.B or equivalent
- Good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia (LSBC)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The aptitude to work independently while coordinating with other team members
- Excellent attention to detail
- The competence to prioritize and meet urgent deadlines
- Employment law experience is preferred
