Men In Kilts is hiring Snow Removal Helpers for the winter season!

Looking for some extra work this winter? We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our snow removal team and help keep our customers’ properties protected and clear when the snow starts flying.

This is a part-time, weather-dependent position. When it snows, we work. That means hours will vary depending on Mother Nature, and shifts can include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasionally short notice.

If you enjoy working outdoors, don’t mind getting your hands dirty, and like being part of a team that gets the job done, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Clearing snow from sidewalks, walkways, steps, driveways, and other designated areas
- Using shovels, backpack blowers, snow blowers, and other snow removal equipment
- Applying ice melt or other de-icing products when required
- Working alongside our snow removal crews to complete routes efficiently
- Helping load, unload, and care for snow removal equipment
- Working safely and following Men In Kilts procedures
- Being ready to work when winter weather hits

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable and able to show up when scheduled
- Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy conditions

- Physically capable of shovelling snow and performing outdoor labour for extended periods
- Available for weather-dependent shifts, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Snow removal, landscaping, construction, exterior cleaning, or other labour experience is an asset
- Experience using snow blowers or backpack blowers is an asset
- A positive attitude and willingness to work hard

The Important Part

This is not a position with guaranteed daily hours.

Our schedule is based on snowfall. Some weeks may be busy, while others may have little or no snow removal work. When the snow comes, however, we need our team ready to go.

It’s a great fit for someone looking to earn extra money over the winter and who has flexibility in their schedule.

Why Men In Kilts?

We work hard, have fun, and take pride in doing things properly. You’ll be joining an established local team with the equipment, training, and systems needed to get the job done safely and efficiently.

If you’re reliable, ready for winter, and interested in joining the crew, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
