As a Junior Implementation Specialist, you will oversee new clinic deployments from needs assessment through ongoing support. You will manage multiple projects, customize clinic profiles, train staff, and collaborate with healthcare providers and clinic managers. Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability support effective adoption of Ava's cloud-based EMR software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end EMR implementation tasks, schedules, and milestones
- Assess clinic needs and customize EMR profiles
- Train clinic staff remotely and onsite




- Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide progress updates
- Refine project management processes for efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least two years of relevant project experience
