The Customer Delivery Specialist manages business customer orders and leads standard project deployments. You will coordinate wireline solutions, IP technology, SIP, and Managed Wi-Fi onboarding. The work supports delivery milestones, sales, and customer service across Rogers Business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate Clean Order Package requests through Salesforce
- Coordinate internal and external resources for delivery requirements
- Facilitate status meetings and oversee project milestones
- Communicate firm installation dates with customers




- Coordinate field technicians and billing activation closure

Requirements:

- Two or more years in telecommunications, preferably business to business
- Knowledge of Rogers Business services, products, and procedures
- Knowledge of Ethernet, IP, SIP, MPLS, and Wi-Fi
- Proficiency with CBS, Salesforce TOM, and unified desktop
- Related post-secondary technology or telecommunications education
