The HVAC Coordinator connects project stakeholders throughout planning, fabrication, and delivery. This position suits experience in HVAC construction, sheet metal fabrication, mechanical contracting, or project coordination. Work includes CAD layouts, HVAC drawing reviews, cut lists, project tracking, and production communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create shop drawings, layouts, and fabrication details
- Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and HVAC schedules
- Develop cut lists, flat patterns, and CNC-ready files




- Coordinate fabrication requirements with customers and production supervisors
- Monitor production status and communicate project updates

Requirements:

- Relevant diploma, certificate, or journeyperson designation
- Minimum three years of related industry experience
- Ability to interpret HVAC and mechanical drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM coordination experience is an asset
