As Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will grow adoption across top lending, derivatives, LST, and LRT protocols. Build relationships with founders, contributors, risk teams, DAO delegates, and service providers. Use DeFi knowledge, commercial judgment, and technical understanding to shape customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic DeFi accounts
- Advise protocols on roadmaps, governance, economics, and Chainlink value
- Bring customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and GTM
- Coordinate Solutions Architects, Legal, Product, and Marketing




- Deliver integrations, launches, and co-marketing against expectations

Requirements:

- Three or more years managing complex technical accounts
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with web3 and DeFi
- Technical fluency for product and architecture discussions
- Commercial judgment and multi-stakeholder negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to travel 20%+
