Lead Workday HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, and Security support as a Senior HRIS Advisor serving HR teams across multiple business units.

This senior position supports HR technology implementation, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement. You will provide Workday functional expertise, strengthen data integrity, and improve reporting capabilities. Collaboration spans HR, IT, Operations, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Workday HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, Security, and EIB data loads
- Configure, maintain, and improve Workday functionality and processes
- Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and recommend technology solutions
- Coordinate data gathering, testing, issue resolution, and technical collaboration
- Document configurations,



processes, testing procedures, and end-user guidance

Requirements:

- Three to five years of hands-on Workday experience
- Robust functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, and Security
- Experience gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and recommending improvements
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and management-level HR analytics
