As Team Manager, Technical Affairs & Information Centre, you will serve as the association’s insurance subject matter expert for Quebec. You will support members, the public, government bodies, media organizations, insurance companies, and consumers. The work emphasizes information quality, education, crisis response, and Information Centre continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as primary property and casualty insurance expert
- Ensure technical information quality, accuracy, consistency, and standardization
- Develop public education, training, outreach tools, and guides
- Support citizens during emergencies,



catastrophic losses, and disasters
- Guide representatives delivering accurate Information Centre responses

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of progressive Quebec property and casualty experience
- Full bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Extensive knowledge of Quebec’s property and casualty insurance industry
- Knowledge of home, liability, commercial, and automobile insurance
- Solid communication, presentation, training, and spokesperson abilities
