About ShopView

ShopView is shop management software built for heavy-duty, truck and fleet repair shops. We help shop owners run a tighter operation, from the work order to the invoice, all in one place.

About the Role

If you've worked as a service writer or service advisor, you already know the job: keeping the board full, getting techs the right work, chasing parts, and keeping customers in the loop. You've probably also seen how much a shop's software can help or hurt all of that.

We're looking for an Account Executive who knows how a truck shop really works. Your shop experience matters more to us than your sales experience. We can teach you how to sell, and we can teach you our software. What we can't easily teach is the day-to-day of a shop. If you're ready to take what you know from behind the counter into a sales career, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

- Talk with shop owners and managers about how their shop runs today and where it's getting stuck
- Run demos that show how ShopView fits their shop
- Work your own pipeline of inbound and outbound leads in HubSpot
- Stay on top of follow-ups with calls and emails so no deal goes quiet
- Close new business

What We're Looking For

- Shop experience as a service writer, service advisor, service manager or similar, ideally at a heavy-duty, truck or fleet shop
- A solid understanding of how a shop runs,



from writing up the job to getting it out the door
- Comfort on the phone and the ability to build trust with shop owners
- A real interest in moving into software sales
- Organized and dependable, the kind of person who follows up without being reminded

Nice to Have

- Any sales experience, especially software
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM
- Experience using any shop management software
