About Queens Harbour

Queens Harbour is the most booked restaurant in Toronto. 23,000 square feet. Three full service bars. Thousands of guests walking through our doors every day on Toronto’s waterfront.

A kitchen at this volume doesn’t run without a strong dish pit. Every plate, pan, and glass that hits the pass depends on it. We’re looking for a Dishwasher who keeps the machine moving, keeps the line stocked, and takes pride in being the backbone of service, ticket after ticket, all night long.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who works fast, stays organized, and doesn’t fold when the racks stack up. You know that a clean kitchen is a fast kitchen, and you keep it that way. You show up on time, work as part of the team, and you’re the person the cooks can count on when they need clean pans right now.

Responsibilities

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep clean ware stocked on the line and at every bar throughout service
- Run and maintain the dish machine, including proper chemical levels and temperatures
- Keep the dish area, floors, and back of house clean and organized
- Take out garbage, recycling, and compost on schedule
- Help receive and put away incoming orders
- Support the kitchen with basic prep when needed
- Complete closing and cleaning checklists at the end of every shift

Qualifications

- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is an asset, but we will train the right person




- Food Handler certification is an asset
- Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
- Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- A strong work ethic and the ability to stay steady when the kitchen is slammed
