Duties:
- Perform light assembly and packaging tasks.
- Pack pouches and products manually into boxes.
- Meet the required hourly production targets for pouch packing.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency while packing products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- previous experience in a factory, warehouse, food production, or manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on packaging work.
- Able to maintain the required production targets.
- Valuable communication skills and ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
