Job Overview

Food and Beverage Servers provide attentive hospitality throughout each guest’s visit, from taking orders to delivering meals and processing payments. This role combines friendly guest service, accurate order handling, and coordination with the restaurant team to support a smooth dining experience.

Duties

- Welcome guests, explain menu options, answer questions, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Enter orders into the POS or Micros POS system, communicate requests to kitchen colleagues, and serve items promptly.
- Prepare or assist with food service, follow food safety and sanitation practices, and keep dining and service areas clean.
- Process payments through cashiering and cash handling, use basic math accurately, and suggest suitable additions through attentive upselling.

Requirements

Required: Explicit communication,



customer service, time management, basic math, and careful attention to food handling, food safety, and sanitation are practical capabilities for serving guests and completing orders accurately. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, kitchen, or hospitality experience; familiarity with POS or Micros POS, cashiering, cash handling, food preparation, guest services, serving, and upselling can support success in the role. Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 34.0 per week
