About the Role

We're hiring a Ground Worker to join our tree crew in Waterloo Region. You'll work alongside experienced arborists on pruning, removals, and cleanup. No experience needed if you're reliable and willing to work hard. We'll train you.

What You'll Do

- Drag brush and feed the chipper
- Help with tree removals, pruning, and stump work
- Rake, clean up, and leave every job site spotless
- Load and haul logs and wood chips
- Support climbers with ropes and rigging from the ground
- Look after trucks, tools, and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE

What We're Looking For

- Reliable and on time, with a 7:45am start at our Waterloo shop




- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in all weather
- Team player who communicates clearly with the crew
- Valid G licence and clean driving record is a plus
- Landscaping, construction, or tree care experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
