The quality of service you provide will have a direct impact on the success of Informanix and the success of our client organizations. The Role As a Zscaler Solutions Engineer,



you are the hands-on technical lead on Zscaler engagements from first scoping call to managed-services handoff. You design and deploy the Zscaler Zero Trust platform, securing users, branches, cloud workloads, data and AI. You will work on several client projects at once, often across industries and time zones. You partner with sales, project management and our managed-services team, and with Zscaler's own account and engineering teams. The work is technically deep and client-facing, from hands-on engineering to executive conversations. What you will do: Pre-sales and design
• Lead discovery and requirements workshops with client technical and business teams.
• Design Zscaler architectures tailored to each client's environment and goals.
• Run proofs of value and pilots, and present results to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Help scope new engagements and statements of work.
• Help clients use Zscaler to secure their adoption of AI tools. Delivery
• Own Zscaler deployments end to end, from design through production rollout and handoff.
• Configure, test and tune the platform to meet each client's security and business goals.
• Resolve complex technical issues during deployments and support escalations. Documentation and enablement
• Create clear, high-quality documentation for every engagement.
• Train and transfer knowledge to client and internal teams. Practice
• Stay current on Zscaler releases and security trends, and share what you learn with the team.




• Represent Informanix and Zero Trust with clients and Zscaler.
• Contribute to team meetings and knowledge sharing. What you bring:
• 3+ years of hands-on Zscaler experience, including production deployments.
• 5+ years in network security engineering, solutions architecture or consulting.
• Strong foundation in networking, security, identity and cloud.
• A solid grasp of Zero Trust principles and

how to apply
them in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication skills, from technical documentation to executive presentations.
• Ability to manage several client projects at once with minimal supervision. Nice to have:
• Experience across the broader Zscaler platform.
• Experience with Zscaler AI Security.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Scripting and automation skills.
• Experience migrating clients from legacy network and security architectures to Zero Trust.
• Background in enterprise networking or firewalls.
• Linux and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in a managed services or consulting environment.
• French language skills. Certifications (any of these are an asset)
