8+ Years Role: Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer Employment Type: Contract Time Zone: PST Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in OIC, Oracle SaaS applications, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and reliable integrations between Oracle applications and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop complex integrations using OIC orchestrations, app-driven integrations, scheduled integrations, and event-based integrations.
• Build integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, SCM Cloud, and third-party applications.
• Work extensively with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, XSLT, and XPath.
• Develop and configure OIC adapters, including REST, SOAP, ERP Cloud, HCM, FTP/SFTP, DB, and other relevant adapters.
• Implement file-based integrations using FBDI, HDL, and other Oracle data-loading mechanisms.
• Develop custom mappings, transformations, lookups, and fault-handling mechanisms.
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud connectivity agents for integrating on-premises applications.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business analysts, and technical teams.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support. Mandatory Technical Skills
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on Oracle integration development experience.
• Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC),



preferably OIC Gen 2 and/or OIC 3.
• Expertise in developing integrations, orchestrations, mappings, and connections in OIC.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
• Hands-on expertise in XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath, and WSDL.
• Experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, or SCM Cloud integrations.
• Strong understanding of OIC adapters and connectivity configurations.
• Experience with FBDI, HDL, or other bulk data-loading interfaces.
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience in integration testing, debugging, deployment, and production support. Good-to-Have Skills
• Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, BPEL, and WebLogic experience.
• Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Oracle API Platform / API Gateway.
• OCI services and cloud infrastructure.
• Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.
• CI/CD and automated deployment practices.
