Chiropractor — Independent Contractor | Stoney Creek, Ontario About Wellspring Wellspring Health & Wellness Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic with locations in Stoney Creek and Hamilton. Our team provides physiotherapy, chiropractic care, registered massage therapy, and specialized rehabilitation services. We are seeking a Chiropractor to join our Stoney Creek location and provide individualized, evidence-informed care within a collaborative clinical environment. The Opportunity This is an on-site, independent contractor opportunity. Schedule and compensation arrangements will be discussed during the interview process. You will assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and help patients improve function through manual therapy, exercise, education, and self-management strategies.

• Complete thorough assessments and develop treatment plans based on patients’ needs and goals




• Provide chiropractic treatment within your competence and scope of practice
• Incorporate exercise prescription, patient education, and self-management strategies
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Communicate effectively with patients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and welcoming treatment environment Experience with workplace injuries and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation is an asset. Participation in these areas can be discussed during the interview. Qualifications
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution
• Current registration in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, or eligibility to obtain registration before starting
• Qualified liability insurance in place before starting
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment skills
• Commitment to evidence-informed, patient-centred care
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in a multidisciplinary clinic is an asset. New graduates are welcome to apply.
