Mike’s Place Pub Manager.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Pub Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Mike’s Place Pub and help create a welcoming, high-quality experience for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Mike’s Place Pub, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, support, and motivate the pub team while maintaining high standards of guest service
- Manage staff scheduling, including a combination of daytime and evening shifts
- Review and approve staff clock-ins
- Complete weekly beer orders and manage beverage inventory
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and monitor product costs and usage
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, service, and overall pub presentation
- Support staff with day-to-day operational needs and help resolve guest or team concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies, liquor regulations, and health and safety standards
- Help oversee special events and entertainment




- Work collaboratively on drink list offerings and updates
- Assist in the implementation and management of a new POS system
- Work closely with the management team to support the overall success of Mike’s Place Pub

Schedule

This is a hands-on management position requiring flexibility and a combination of daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
