Duties

- Prepare and assemble shisha pipes with various flavored tobaccos, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Engage with guests to understand their flavor preferences and recommend options accordingly.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels of shisha supplies and ingredients, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow proper food handling procedures when preparing ingredients and maintaining hygiene standards.




- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, bartending, serving, or similar roles preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or comparable cashiering tools.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with positive communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, measuring ingredients, and managing inventory accurately.
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible schedule in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
