The Host/Hostess creates a welcoming first impression and helps guests enjoy a smooth, attentive dining experience . This role combines hospitality, guest services, and clear communication while coordinating arrivals and supporting the restaurant team.

Duties

- Welcome guests warmly, manage seating, and communicate wait times and table availability.
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries with professional phone etiquette and accurate details.
- Coordinate with serving and food service teams to support timely seating and attentive customer service.
- Use POS or Micros POS tools as needed to assist with guest flow and restaurant operations.

Requirements

Required:



Strong communication, customer service, hospitality, and guest services skills, with a courteous, organized approach to welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and coordinating seating. Comfort using basic POS systems supports accurate, efficient service. Preferred: Food service experience, serving experience, or restaurant experience is helpful; familiarity with Micros POS and hotel experience can also support success in varied guest-facing settings.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
