CGI Montréal is looking for a Change Management Consultant to play a key role in cultural and behavioral transformation as part of a data governance implementation initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the transformation plan, delivering key change management deliverables, and orchestrating interventions aimed at embedding new practices into the organization's day-to-day operations. Your future duties and responsibilities

- Assess current practices and identify the behaviors, processes, and organizational factors that need to evolve
- Develop a detailed transformation plan, including interventions, priorities, responsibilities, and measurement mechanisms
- Design and deliver initial awareness, engagement, and support interventions
- Advise leadership and support managers in their accountability role and in fostering the adoption of expected behaviors
- Orchestrate implementation activities with client teams by coordinating required interventions and expertise
- Measure behavioral changes, evaluate outcomes, and continuously adjust interventions as needed
- Ensure the sustainable adoption of new practices and facilitate the gradual transfer of knowledge and capabilities to internal resources
- Align initiatives with internal change management practices





Required qualifications to be successful in this role

- Significant experience in cultural, behavioral, and organizational transformation
- Familiarity with data governance and digital transformation challenges
- Experience designing and delivering transformation initiatives
- Ability to advise leadership and engage employees, managers, and executives
- Ability to measure change, adapt interventions, and ensure long-term sustainability
- Excellent communication skills in French (spoken, written)

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 70 000$ and 135 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
