Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and collaborative Intermediate Accountant to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with practical cost accounting experience who enjoys working in a team environment and contributing to ongoing improvements in costing and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and support daily accounting operations

● Take an active role in cost accounting, including:

○ Product costing and cost structure analysis

○ Inventory tracking and valuation

○ Variance analysis (materials, labor, overhead)

● Support the enhancement and consistency of costing processes and reporting

● Prepare month-end close schedules, journal entries, and reconciliations, with ability to work independently and provide outputs for review

● Assist with tax and regulatory filings and support preparation of working papers for review

● Perform inventory reconciliations and assist with physical inventory counts





● Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks etc.

● Process payroll using Payworks

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, operations) to improve cost tracking

● Assist in improving accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls

● Assist with internal and external audits

● Support ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Key Qualifications

● 2–5 years of accounting experience, with hands-on exposure to cost accounting in a manufacturing environment

- Fluent in English and Chinese

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
