Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Metal Cladding Installers and Helpers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in installing durable metal cladding panels on building exteriors, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation of metal cladding panels according to project specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools such as drills, hammers, levels, and measuring tapes to ensure accurate placement
- Prepare surfaces and framing structures for cladding installation, including minor carpentry tasks
- Handle heavy materials safely, including lifting and positioning large metal panels
- Apply caulking and sealing materials to ensure weather-tight finishes and durability
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to facilitate precise installation




- Support the team with general construction duties, including site cleanup and material handling
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Experience

- Prior experience with construction work or carpentry is highly preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for eager learners
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or on scaffolding
- Handyman experience or general maintenance skills are advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
