Firefly Solar has more than 175 door-to-door reps across Canada, and
they're doing things worth filming. We need someone to make them want
to watch their own content, and make everyone else want to join.

You'll run media for our sales team, plus personal brand development.
You shoot it, cut it, post it, and make it land.

What you'll make

- A weekly sales show. You produce, film and edit it, then cut the
clips that go out to the team.
- An in-person interview series with our top performers, run like an event.
- Player cards, teasers and promo videos that build hype before every drop.
- Join Firefly, our public culture and recruiting account. It's yours to run.
- Coverage of trade shows, rallies and team events.
- Training videos for our learning platform.
- Short-form video and photography for personal brand development.

Who you are

- You've grown an account, yours or someone else's, and you can
explain why it grew.
- You know what's working on short-form right now: the formats, the
sounds, the creators.
- You walk into a room full of salespeople and the energy goes up.
Sales experience is a big plus.
- You bring ideas nobody asked for, and you push back when you think
we're wrong.
- You use AI tools to edit, caption, script and repurpose faster, and
your work still looks like yours.
- You ship. Nobody has to chase you,



and a busy week doesn't slow you down.

What the job asks of you

- Strong shooting and editing, short and long form. Photography, audio
and easy design are a plus.
- Evenings, weekends and events when the calendar calls for it.
- Frequent travel to our offices across Canada. We cover travel costs.
- Working in person from Calgary.

What you get

- $60,000 to $70,000 a year. You start at $60,000, with performance
reviews at 90 and 180 days for raises up to $70,000.
