Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical projects and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will supervise a team of electricians, manage project timelines, and coordinate with other trades to deliver successful project outcomes.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical crews on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan work activities effectively.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all electrical installations meet industry standards.
- Train and mentor junior electricians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Work on the Tools as a productive Lead.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the electrical construction industry.




- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and installation techniques.
- Proficient in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
- Knowledge of quality control processes in construction projects is essential.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Active Drivers Licence
