Job Description:

Capital Windows and Snow Inc. is hiring Snow Removal Labourers for the 2026–2027 winter season!

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our snow removal team immediately.

Our team provides residential and commercial snow removal services throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Preference will be given to applicants who live in South Edmonton and/or have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

- Perform snow removal at residential and commercial properties.
- Clear driveways, sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other designated areas.
- Operate snow blowers, shovels, and other snow removal equipment.
- Travel between assigned job sites and follow designated snow removal routes.
- Monitor assigned jobs and schedules through Jobber.
- Follow all company safety policies and complete required daily safety documentation.
- Properly maintain and care for company tools and equipment.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete assigned routes.

Requirements:

- Must be dependable, punctual, and available when snowfall occurs.
- Physically capable of performing outdoor labour in winter conditions.
- Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.




- Previous snow removal or landscaping experience is an asset but not required.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Applicants residing in South Edmonton are strongly encouraged to apply.

Hours & Compensation:

Typical Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Actual working days and hours will vary depending on snowfall, weather conditions, and operational requirements.

Seasonal Compensation:

- $1,800.00 monthly salary covering up to 90 hours per monthly salary period.
- Additional hours beyond 90 hours paid at $20.00/hour, subject to applicable employment standards and overtime requirements.
- Biweekly payroll.
- Seasonal salary period: November 15, 2026 – March 15, 2027.
- Work performed outside the seasonal salary period is paid at $20.00/hour, subject to applicable employment standards.
