Job Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced delivery driver, to make deliveries and pick-ups throughout the GTA area. You will be driving the company's 18 foot truck. Chosen candidates will be contacted by phone and will be asked to provide their driver's abstract from the past 30 days and complete a driving safety quiz. After completion of the quiz, candidates will be asked to complete a road test at the worksite in Etobicoke.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate trucks to deliver packages across the GTA
- Load and unload packages onto the truck
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety standards are met and perform basic automotive repairs if needed
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to guarantee safe transportation of goods and personnel
- Communicate effectively with customers,



and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and vehicle maintenance records

Experience

- Ability to lift up to 75lbs on your own.
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Clean criminal background check
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and package handling
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail

Schedule:

- Monday-Friday
- Start time 9:00am, you will be working 8-11 hours a day
- Overtime after 8 hours per day
- Pay is weekly

Pay: $22.00 per hour
