Job Overview

The Assembler/Packager prepares products for safe, accurate movement through manufacturing and warehouse operations. This hands-on role combines assembly, packaging, and material handling, with attention to product quality, workplace organization, and established procedures. You’ll work with colleagues to keep production and packing tasks moving smoothly and ensure finished items are ready for the next step.

Duties

- Assemble products and components using hand tools, following work instructions and checking completed items for accuracy.
- Package, label, and prepare finished goods for storage or shipment, keeping materials and work areas organized.
- Move materials and products safely within the work area and following site procedures.
- Coordinate with teammates to address workflow needs and maintain consistent handling of products.
- Your impact: Careful assembly and packaging help colleagues move quality products through the operation reliably.

Qualifications





Practical assembly and packaging skills, safe use of hand tools, attention to detail, and the ability to follow work instructions and handle materials carefully. Must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs or more and standing and working on their feet for the duration of the shift. A dependable, organized approach and transparent communication skills are important for maintaining a safe, productive, and efficient workplace. Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, along with mechanical knowledge to support efficient product handling and assembly.

Overtime available. Health benefits available after probation period.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
