Responsible for supporting food production operations including meat preparation, trimming, stacking, packing, and general material handling while following food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform meat trimming, fat removal, and basic deboning as per product requirements

· Maintain proper yield and minimize waste during trimming

· Assist in stacking, marination handling, and packing operations

· Handle raw and finished products safely and efficiently

· Follow all SOPs, GMP, and food safety procedures

· Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment

· Assist with loading, unloading, and palletizing

· Use knives and tools safely and maintain them properly

· Work with the team to meet daily production requirements

· Report any issues, damages, or safety concerns

Requirements:

· Experience in food processing or meat handling preferred





· Basic knowledge of GMP and hygiene practices

· Comfortable working in a cold environment (≤10°C)

· Ability to handle knives (preferred but can be trained)

· Physically able to lift and stand for long hours

· Willing to work flexible shifts

Work Conditions:

- Cold processing workplace (≤10°C)

- Standing for extended periods

- Repetitive tasks and manual handling

- Use of PPE required at all times

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
